Westcott products are warranted to be free from all defects in materials and workmanship for the period stated on the original package. Damage due to abuse, misuse, normal wear, industrial use or neglect IS NOT covered. Defective products will be replaced or substituted with the same product or one of equal value at the sole discretion of Acme United Corporation.
You can also return the item to the store where it was purchased per the stated returns policy of the retailer.
Warranty claims can be submitted by completing the form on Westcottbrand.com.
ALL warranty claims MUST include one of the following forms of proof of purchase:
- Proof of purchase - A copy of the original receipt showing the date of purchase (Product images can be submitted)
- Return of the damaged product by POSTAGE PAID mail to Acme United. (Packages not postage paid WILL NOT qualify for warranty claims)

This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may have other rights which vary from state-to-state.
I purchased 4 Westcott iPoint Electric pencil sharpeners (SKU: 14202) from you in December 2019 (Order No. 300003183). One of them does not work; rather, pencils get stuck in it.
I attempted to send it back under the warranty, but the shipping costs more than $10.00.
Would you please either provide me with a shipping label to return the item or send me a replacement without the return. (If SKU: 14202 is not available, send SKU: 15512 or similar.)
