At Clauss® we believe our legendary products should be supported by an equally legendary promise.
Clauss products are warranted to be free from all defects in materials and workmanship for the period stated on the original package. Damage due to abuse, misuse, normal wear, industrial use, or neglect IS NOT covered. Approved defective products will be replaced or substituted with the same product or one of equal value at the sole discretion of Acme United Corporation.
You can also return the item to the store where it was purchased per the stated returns policy of the retailer.
ALL warranty claims MUST include the following forms of proof of purchase by the original end-user purchaser.
1. Proof of purchase - A copy of the original receipt showing the date of purchase
2. Return of the damaged product by POSTAGE PAID mail to Acme United. (Packages not postage paid WILL NOT qualify for warranty claims)

I got a pair of Clauss Extreme Edge scissors and the tip broke I seen you had lifetime warranty how do I send them back
