What are the specs on the Cuda Telescoping Tag Stick #18849?

The Cuda Tag Stick will telescope from 35" to 73". The shaft is constructed of Aluminum Alloy and is corrosion resistant. Features include channeled water drainage, lanyard connection and a non-slip grip. 

The tag stick has a twisting locking collar.  There is a groove on the outside tube, which will block the black plastic at the end of inner tube, to avoid the inner tube from fully extending and coming out of the outside tube as seen in Figure 1.

There is a black plastic disc at the end of inner tube. The disc becomes off center when the lock is twisted and it helps to lock the tubes as seen in Figure 2.
