Do Westcott scissors contain or come in contact with any natural latex rubber?

All Westcott scissors are latex-free and do not come in contact with rubber during production. 

On certain scissors there is a soft over-mold covering on the handles; this man made material is classified as a plastic and is not known the cause any allergic reactions.
