To Sharpen a Knife:
- Place the knife in the V-Notches that are at 40 degrees
- Pull the knife towards the operator
- Continue this 5-10 times increases the pressure gradually in till the knife is sharp
Shear/Scissor Sharpening:
- Open scissors and position one of the scissor blades in either the 20,30, or 45 degree slot
- Pull towards the operator. Continue this 5-10 times in till it is sharp
- Repeat steps 1 & 2 for the other blade
