Can you tighten a loose nut for the Camillus 9" MultiFunction Game Shears #19403?

The Camillus game shears are designed to come apart for easy cleaning. If the stud on the shears has come loose this can be tightened by using a spanner wrench.  Simply snug the bolt on the backside.
