What is the Westcott return policy?

• Product must be in saleable condition and in original packaging 
• Return goods must arrive back to warehouse within 60 days of ship date
• Shipping labels are not provided, customers are responsible for shipping the product for the return.
• Certain products are ineligible for return
• Custom made merchandise; packaging or displays; products with expiration dates.
• Return goods must be authorized in advance in order to qualify for credit. Goods returned to our facilities without an authorized RMA number may not be credited. Please reach out to [e-mail] to receive your RMA number
