Are the First Aid Only Titanium-Bonded Bandage Shears safe to use around an MRI Scanner?

The First-Aid Only Titanium-Bonded Bandage Shears are not safe to use around an MRI scanner.

These blades are stainless steel that have gone through the Titanium-Bonded coating process.  The stainless steel is magnetic which makes this product unsafe to use around an MRI Scanner.  

The Titanium-Bonding process adds a surface layer to the stainless steel help the shears cut more smoothly and last longer.
