How do you sharpen the Camillus TRC™ 6.75" Folding Knife #19814?

Given that the TRC uses VG10 steel it will take a little more effort to sharpen the blade. We would highly recommend using a fine (red) DMT diamond sharpener.  More effort doesn’t mean applying more pressure, but rather that you will need more passes over the diamond stone.

Please see the below video for a demonstration of the process. You don’t necessarily need the large bench top stone, but it makes it easy to see the technique.
